The Moc Toe for ANY weather. We’re excited to welcome the fully GORE – TEX lined 8864 Moc Toe to our Heritage Collection. This boot offers maximum Insulation and is actually waterproof. Equipped with a complete GORE -TEX lining, a waterproof Storm-Welt and the newly developed waterproof Oro_Russet Taos leather, we can honestly say: this shoe is water tight. The Oro-Russet Taos leather has exactly the same tone as the regular Oro-Russet leather,  used for the 8131 Moc Toe. A classic red tone that ages nicely. The 8864 Moc Toe comes with a leather-covered poron insole for maximum comfort and durabilty. In combination with our iconic Traction Tred sole, this is as comfy as it gets with a Red Wing boot. Red Wings are partially handcrafted, which emphasizes the focus on detail and durability.

A small sidenote: The word Moc Toe is derived from the term „Moccasin“, which means „sole“ in the language of the Algonquins.

Fitting: The 8864 Moc Toe fits like our regular Moc Toe range. We recommend choosing the same size.
