SHIPPING & PAYMENT


Shipping


1. For a minimum order value of €50, we ship to addresses in Germany free of charge.

2. For order values below €50, we charge €5.00 per package to ship to addresses in Germany.

3. For a minimum order value of €100, we ship to addresses in the European Union, Switzerland, and Norway free of charge.

4. For order values below €100, we charge up to €22 per package to ship to addresses in the European Union, Switzerland, and Norway.

Returning orders

(Germany)

1. Orders to addresses in Germany may only be returned via the DHL online return portal we provide as a service to our customers.

2. After we ship your order to you, you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email. The email will also contain an encrytped link to the DHL online return portal.

3. Customers with a shipping address in Germany can use the portal to print out a DHL return label free of charge. As stated in our general terms & conditions, our free return shipping service is valid for 14 days.

4. If you have not received a confirmation of shipment via email, please inform us immediately. We will send you the link to the DHL online return portal in a separate email.

Returning orders

(abroad)

1. Consumers who choose to take advantage of the 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase contract bear the cost of returning the products from an address outside of Germany.

2. In exceptional cases, it may be possible to extend the 14-day period for returning your order. This can be done with prior written permission only.

Payment types

1. Prepayment:

a) You will transfer the invoice amount to our company bank account in advance. Within 3-5 days after the invoice amount has been credited to our company bank account, we will ship your order to the address indicated.

b) We will send you our bank account information with your confirmation of order in a separate email.

2. Credit card payment, EC transfer or direct debit using Paypal:

a) You pay the invoice amount via third-party payment service PayPal. Payment without prior registration (credit card, EC transfer) or with prior registration (direct debit) are both possible. You will be forwarded to PayPal via an encrypted link and will receive detailed instructions during the order process.

b) Your order and your payment will be confirmed in two separate emails.

c) As a rule, we will ship your order to the shipping address you indicated within 3-5 business days after receiving your payment

Reimbursement

1. Within the 14-day right of withdrawal period, we will reimburse the full invoice amount.

2. To do this, we require your bank account information either with the return shipment or in a separate email.

3. We will transfer the invoice amount to your bank account after we have received the products and made sure that they are not damaged.
