The TANKER SHOULDER BAG in black by Porter-Yoshida & Co. is a practical, compact hip or shoulder bag in the usual Porter quality. Constructed from a 3-layered fabric that is made from Nylon Twill, Polyester Cotton and Nylon Taffeta. The TANKER SHOULDER BAG has two outer storage spaces and also two main compartments that can be closed with zippers, where one of which can be opened completely. There is a smart division consisting of a separate zip compartment, which is waterproof, and other smaller spaces on the opposite side. The other main section has a recessed compartment with Velcro fastener for storing a laptop or a tablet. All in all, a highly versatile office bag for everyday use.
The TANKER series from Porter has been around since 1983 and uses only the fabric that was originally developed for the US Air Force flight jacket MA-1. This very special fabric is water-repellent, lightweight and very robust. Perfect for everyday wear in the city. As with all items in the TANKER series, the inner lining is kept in safety orange, as it is usual with bomber jackets.

As always, Porter pays the utmost attention to workmanship and quality. Each bag is individually made by a worker in the company's own sewing workshop in Tokyo.
