The TANKER TOTE BAG in navy by Porter-Yoshida & Co. is a classic, compact tote bag in the usual Porter quality. It is hard to beat in terms of practicality and is characterized by its outstanding workmanship, durability and lightweight construction. There are two large Velcro compartments on the front, which offer enough space for all kinds of small items, such as a cell phone, keys or notebook, and the TANKER TOTE BAG impresses on the inside with a smart layout, consisting of different sized compartments and a recessed waterproof storage compartment, which is perfect for holding any electronics. The included dust bag is suitable for protecting the bag when not used and stored.
The TANKER series from Porter has been around since 1983 and uses only the fabric that was originally developed for the US Air Force flight jacket MA-1. This very special fabric is water-repellent, lightweight and extremely robust. Perfect for everyday wear in the city. As with all items in the TANKER series, the inner lining is kept in safety orange, as it is usual with bomber jackets.
As always, Porter pays the utmost attention to workmanship and quality. Each bag is individually made by a worker in our own sewing workshop in Tokyo.
