Red Wing Heritage and Indigofera’s friendship began in 2009. We've long worked together and appreciated each other's products, so a collaboration seemed only logical. We are happy to share the news of a
second collaboration.
The patterns and weaving technique
used to create this new blanket were inspired by textiles made in the very south of Sweden.
However, this technique dates back to the Pharaohs of Egypt and has spontaneously occurred in Asia, South and north America.
The blanket name “Kabusa” is a nature preservation area in Skåne, where these rugs and blankets have been woven for centuries.
