Right of rescission
You can withdraw from your contractual obligation within 14 days in written form (e.g. letter, fax or email) or – if you have received the subject of the agreement before the end of the 14 days – by returning the subject of the agreement without informing us of the reason. The terms begins with the receipt of these instructions in written form, but not before the recipient has received the products (in the case of the repeated shipment of similar products, not before the first partial shipment has been received) and not before we have fulfilled our obligation to inform you as per Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and of our obligations as per § 312g para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well. Timely notification of withdrawal or return of the subject is considered sufficient compliance with the withdrawal period. Address your notification of withdrawal:

Consequences of Recission
In the event of a valid recission, the deliverables received by both parties must be returned and any benefits acquired in the process (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are completely or partially unable to return the deliverables received, you must provide appropriate compensation as applicable. You will not be required to provide compensation for any deterioration in the value or your use of the subject of purchase unless the use or deterioration is the result of handling the subject of purchase that goes above and beyond testing its properties and functions. “Testing its properties and functions” is generally understood to mean testing and trying out the respective products as you would possibly and probably do in a store, for example. Subjects of purchase that can be shipped via parcel post are returned at our risk. You must pay the costs of return shipment if the products delivered are the products ordered and the price of the subject of purchase is not more than €40, or if the price of the subject of purchase is more than €40 and you did not give consideration or made a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
In all other cases you can return the subject of purchase free of charge. If the subject of purchase cannot be returned as a parcel, we will have it collected at your address. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of withdrawal from the contract. For you, the term begins when you submit your declaration of withdrawal or the subject of purchase; for us, with its receipt.

International Returns from Third Countries (Non-EU Countries)
Goods returned to us from a third country (non-EU country) may qualify as so-called "returned goods" under certain conditions and may be exempt from import duties if properly declared. The prerequisite is that the goods were originally shipped from the EU and that the return is properly marked as such.
We explicitly point out that we do not accept responsibility for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that arise due to incorrect or incomplete declarations. Shipments sent carriage forward or with outstanding customs charges will not be accepted and any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund in accordance with sections 6 and 7 below.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend observing the following points. These serve as guidance and do not constitute a complete set of instructions. Please also check with the relevant authorities or your shipping service provider regarding the specific requirements for returns from your country.
1. Preparing the Return- The goods must be in their original condition and should ideally be returned in the original packaging to avoid transport damage. If returned without the original packaging, you may incur costs due to potential loss of value.
- To avoid delays or additional customs charges, please declare the goods as "returned goods."
- Clearly write the following on the outside of the package:
"Returned Goods – Relief Claimed. EU Origin"
- Please complete the CN23 customs declaration form fully and accurately for the return shipment.
- The customs declaration CN23 and the original invoice (or a copy) must be attached in a clearly visible document pouch on the outside of the package.
- If available, an INF3 information sheet can serve as additional proof of the goods' EU origin.
- The shipping label must be clearly legible and contain no conflicting information.
- Use a shipping service provider with experience in international returns and customs clearance.
- Check in advance for the applicable shipping conditions and customs requirements.
- If you are affixing postage yourself, choose a shipping method with tracking.
- You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
- If the goods are not correctly declared in accordance with these instructions, customs or tax charges may apply, which we may deduct from your refund.
- The return should be made no later than 14 days after your withdrawal declaration.
- As soon as the goods have arrived with us, we will process your return as quickly as possible. Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until we confirm successful receipt of the return.
- If the shipment is held by customs due to incomplete or incorrect declaration, we assume no liability for delays or additional costs.
- If a return is not properly declared in accordance with section 2 and/or does not include the required documents according to sections 2 and 3, and this results in import duties, the responsibility lies with the sender.
